• A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• We accept mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and other specified methods
• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the booking
• Payment confirmation must be provided for verification

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations 30+ days before: 80% refund
• Cancellations 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable
